They were quick doing the oil change and I paid less than what I normally pay going to the dealership. I have previously been taking my Chevy Trax to the dealership because I had a whole ordeal with a shop with my last trax (a 2020) when I went in for a routine oil change and ended up being without my car for a month due to something the shop broke - which lead to multiple other issues. All that to say I was hesitant about trying another shop that was not the dealership - I had a great experience at Cascade Automotive and plan to come back the next time I need an oil change!
