Harriet said this business did not take advantage. The staff greeted her in a pleasant way, they were honest and it was really a pleasant experience. She had a side view mirror situation and they cleaned it up for her. They did not try to boost the insurance settlement. They worked with the insurance and did not change the price, everything was as it was supposed to be. They did everything they said they were going to do.
