Jeff and Francine were great to work with. They were very polite and professional when speaking with my daughter about her first car purchase. Jeff explained everything she signed very thoroughly, and made sure she did not feel pressured or overwhelmed. He let her know that if she had anything go wrong with the car, to bring it back to him.
