I had an inspection here and (have been for years loved this place ). Well seems there was a chip behind the inspection sticker and it went from a chip in my windshield to a almost 8+ inch crack from the man removing it and it had to be replaced and the man who removed it would not take responsibility just said oops basically. I got a quote for around 475.00 from them to put in a new windshield no here let me help you since I was the one who put the crack in while removing it nothing. My husband said put the sticker on we’re going to get a cheaper quote and I left. It didn’t sit right with me so I went back and went back I said I wanted it in writing what the man did and he wrote it down and I had my phone recording the whole thing. This man who I found out later was the owner had an attitude because I wanted it in writing and still would not admit he was to blame. I did call around and get cheaper quotes and I went back as said this is the lowest quote and can you do it for that. They did. Well. I wrote a review before I did this. And I took it down I was called and told to pay in cash because they didn’t know if I would cancel the check or credit card. And when I went to pay my husband was with me. He wanted to know why I had to pay in cash well let’s say I have the whole confrontation on video also just in case.
