I didn't have to go into the dealership until I was ready to test drive and purchase!!! All the pricing/negotiating was done from the comfort of my home. I was torn between leasing and buying. However, when I saw what I was going to get for my lease and what my payments would be (Jacob and Matt worked those out for me WITHOUT me being at the dealership), I was very happy and decided to buy for the first time in 8-9 years. Jacob listened to what I wanted - color, features, etc. and kept my new payment under my budget. I'm now driving a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe that I love!
