Great experience with purchase of a 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz from Sebastian Griffin !
Sebastian Griffin was my salesman and he was fantastic ! He is very easy going and not pushy. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process for the purchase process. Love my 2025 Santa Cruz... its loaded with tech and he was helpful with explaining all the safety Features.
If i could rate him above a 5 stars, if i could !!! Also the finance dept lady (sorry forgot her name) was also very professional and knowledgeable, walking me through each step meticulously.
best of all, is the new 2025 model Santa Cruz Limited is fantastic...and fun to drive... it has all the bell and whistles. highly recommend Carolina Hyundai of High Point

I had good experience.
I bought a Kia form Carolina Hyundai . The salesman was Ben Gurung. This man was very nice had the car ready for me to look at. He knew everything about the car & he is a 5 star sales person. I would go to him if I need another vehicle . I didn’t know but I was trying rate & it got sent by mistake with 1 star. Never mind that one.

Great Experience!!!
I had a pleasant experience at Carolina Hyundai. My visit was quick, easy and I was able to negotiate and find an affordable car! They even gave me free pizza while I waited. Thanks to Rodrick and Jacob, I was able to drive off the lot with a new car!!

Unprofessional Service department
Overall disrespectful and uncaring, just want you to spend extravagant amounts of money & keep you returning to fix what should have been done the first appointment. The service department it is difficult to get Mr.Bennet to answer his phone or returning my voice messages,I dropped my vehicle off at 10am in the morning & after7hours I tried to call them to find out if my vehicle was still in the shop or could I come pick up? I left messages on Mr. Bennet voice-mail but he never called me back, I called back at 9:30 am the next morning and I was told it was ready for me yesterday didn't you get my message? I told him he did not leave me any messages. So unprofessional and rude ,treats customers like they are a bother to him.

Not going back here again!
I have purchased 4 vehicles from Carolina Hyundai over the past 15 years,& I've never had an issue with the service department until recently, I had to take Hyundai back 3 times over a matter if 2 weeks last month, and the first 2 times I was told the problem was fixed ? well lets just say it never was.I took it back a 3rd time and hopefully it will be corrected, I had to pay an excessive amount of money for this problem and I think it should have been fixed the first trip .Mr. Bennet of the service department was nice the 1st trip, but after that he was not professional or would not listen to my concerns basically treated me like I was a nuisance to him & just shut me up.I dropped my vehicle off the last trip and I tried to reach Mr.Bennet 8 times throughout the day also left v.mails asked him to please return my calls,but he never did. I actually had to call him again the next morning and I finally got to speak to him ,he said my car was ready after it sat there overnight & he said called to tell me the day before and I must not have gotten the v mail,I checked my phone all day for calls& messages from him the previous day & he did not leave a voice message at all.He was not professional or respectful towards me & I had mentioned to him on the 1st&2nd service appointment that the engine light was on & My gas cap wasn't clicking or tightly closed shouldn't it be replaced due to it could be reason for the light,but was just ignored. So after 3 trips back to the service department and paying over $1,000 later for 2 separate repairs he tells me it was the gas cap ? & they replaced it. I am DONE they will not be taking advantage of me ever again. I will be going to Greensboro for all my service needs now,I definitely will not Recommend High Point Hudai to anyone. If you are a female I sadly suggest you have a man with you that knows about cars & will step up for you so that Mr.Bennet doesn't rudely talk to you or try to take advantage of you as he did to me.

Setting up the appointment was easy, quickly entered me into the system. Wait time for oil change was less than 30 minutes. The only negative is that it was definitely did not include an exterior wash, even though it was printed in both the confirmation and on the receipt. I'm assuming that it's not really included for the free oil changes that happen when vehicle has less than 36k miles. Overall, quite pleasant experience!

Lack of concern and assistance after the sale
No issue with the purchase process, service and parts department. It has been four weeks since we purchased the car and as of today we do not have the registration, nor are we able to obtain any information as to where the paperwork for the registration is. We live in TN so this was an out of state purchase which we expected to take additional days and felt up to two weeks was reasonable. At the end of two weeks we contacted our sales person. Was told it was too soon to check and to call back at the end of the month. Called back the first of this month and spoke with the title clerk. She advised they use a third party for out of state purchases and the third party would not talk to the buyer nor do they answer their phone when the dealership calls. She did say she would email them and usually they were quick to reply and she would get back to us. As we had not heard back from her we called Thursday and Friday and left voicemails as we were unable to get here on the phone. All blame goes to the third party according to the dealership. The dealership chose to work with this company so that reflects back on the dealership and apparently they find this service acceptable. Was told by the registrar dealerships tend to not be too concerned once they have made the sale. Unfortunately that appears to be the case. I give a one star based on the lack of concern and assistance following the sale.
