Friendly, quick, but way overpriced
The staff I spoke with was polite and they made the repairs quickly which is appreciated. However, the cost was ridiculously high for the actual services provided. Diagnostic fees do not go toward repair fees, up charge for parts is really steep, and the labor is astronomical. I’d recommend exploring other options unless you just need to burn some money.

Horrible Experience
This place provided a horrible experience. I was quoted $3,600 for minor repairs, which felt like an attempt to take advantage of me. Additionally, I was charged a $204 diagnostic fee, despite never requesting a diagnosis, as I had already been informed of the required repairs by the BMW dealer. The staff at the front desk were rude and dismissive, showing little regard for my concerns. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Hi, you brought your vehicle in because of a heating/coolant issue, which required us to perform a diagnosis. Unfortunately, we can’t rely solely on another shop’s diagnosis, as we need to conduct our own to confirm the problem. Our professional technicians looked over your vehicle to diagnose the issue. They found that the completely wrong parts were installed on your vehilce, as our advisors tried to explain to you. This should not result in a negative experinece especially when we were patient, calm and we thoroughly explained the issues with your vehilce.  A quote was provided to you, but the decision not to move forward was ultimately yours.

Thank goodness for these friendly and knowledgeable people
Everyone in the shop is friendly and knowledgeable about their work. They have a lot of compassion even for random strangers. I was quoted by Porsche a price more than twice what I had to pay to Carolina EuroWerks. With lots of things going n in my life I truly needed this help. They are god send. I will be forever grateful and wil be coming back for all future services for my car and for my family’s cars.

Professional/Knowledgeable/Quality
I took my vehicle to Carolina EuroWerks and I can’t express how great of a job they did. The staff was very professional and also knew what they were doing with my BMW compared to other shops that didn’t. They did exactly what they said they would do, without any hidden or extra charges. When I got my vehicle back, I was very satisfied with the work that was completed. 10/10 for me and I won’t take my vehicle anyplace else.

Great attempt: poor Execution
Took a 2013 Volkswagen in for repair. The vehicle sat on the lot for almost 30 days before they did a diagnosis. They never call me to inform me of the status on the repair. Each time I call they would assure me that my vehicle would be seen soon. Ted assured me that they would definitely be able to repair the vehicle. They did their diagnosis, didn't call me with the results. I decided to do a status check to only be told that they would not be able to repair the engine or was willing to put a replacement engine. Of course I had to pay $130 for the diagnostic. Total dissatisfaction. Would not recommend Carolina EuroWerks

Top notch communication
Chris makes the repair requirements clear and I trust him with my cars. So far my Mercedes SL, Porsche 911, and Ceyenne have had significant repairs completed. Each time, the work was done right and Chris made it happen with communication.

Bad service
I took my 2015 Volvo CX60 in for compression test because a volvo dealer recommended it after the dealer replaced all 5 spark plugs and 1 bad coil pack. I gave Eurowerks the service invoice I received from the Volvo dealer. Eurowerks did not do the compression test but wants to replace the 5 plugs and 4 coil packs for $1,029.38 before they can move on with their work. I refuse because all 5 plugs that the volvo dealer changed can not be bad within 15 miles. They refuse to show me the bad spark plug when I requested. They still charge me $189.44 for one hour rate that is really high.

We called the customer to further explain the situation to him and unfortunately this is a customer that we cannot make happy no matter what we do. We followed our system that goes along with the manufactuers specifications. We cannot take another shop's diagnosis as we need to confirm the problem through our diagnosis procedures so that we can reproduce the problem. Customer declined to move forward.
