Professional & Excellent Customer Service
Greeted from the time I walked in the door. It was a little bit of a wait but once I was seen. The female clerk at the desk was professional, friendly, and straight to the point with my options. I needed brakes & rotors. I was in and out w/I an hour.

Expert, very reasonably priced, friendly service
I took my car to 3 other places that could t find the cause of a sound in my car. Mr Desmond test drove it right away and solved the problem. They got the parts in that day and fixed it, test drove it, and got it back to me timely. He also gave me a heads up on issues I should plan to save to fix in the future. Straightforward service. Very friendly. Honest.

Honest Mechanic with great customer service
I recently had my car repaired at Carlord. As a woman I feel like I am not taken advantage of. They are honest mechanics and offer fair prices for good quality work. I will be returning when my car needs another repair.
