Poor install
Brought my Golf R to the shop to have work done. Admin did not communicate with warranty company or mechanic properly to get price correct. Mechanic did not install intercooler correctly, causing coolant leak. It would not refund money because of poor work I will not be returning to Car Lord.

My experience was very good and I had no problem in getting my work done on the vehicle.
My experience with this company is very good. I have no problem in getting no problem with my issues being resolved in a timely manner and knowing what needs to be done. All of the staffs are willing and helpful in doing their part, and I appreciate that.

Awesome mechanic and front office staff!
I’ve been taking my vehicles to Desmond for a number of years. Most recently I’ve begun taking my 2020 Range Rover. Desmond is super knowledgeable about all types of vehicles. He’s honest and very kind. Dee in the front office is amazing! She is great with accomodating busy schedules. I’m grateful for their work & stellar customer service!
