The worst dealership ever, Lost their BBB accreditation ( better business bureau) brought a car my worst experience ever I took my car back o er 5 times they never fix the problem.

Absolutely not
Bought a used car back in June of 2019 fast forward to December of 2019 did all the necessary maintenance and everything for my car. My car did not show any signs of needing a transmission or any issue with it that would cause it to stop working completely. One day I go to start my car nothing had to get a tow find a way to get home and everything. I also had it towed to the car shop to see if I could get find out the issue. When I take it to a shop I’m told I need a new transmission about $3,000-4,000 to replace and I had to have one rebuilt because of the year make and model of the car.
It’s 2022 of January and I’m still dealing with the headache of that car that I no longer have, only had the car for 7 months.
Not worth the trouble I don’t care how bad your credit is, just go to an actual dealership and keep trying someone will help you within reason with a good reliable car.
There are many Jones Junction, Bob Bell Chevrolet, etc there are many other reputable car dealerships in the Harford County area. Anywhere else is better than here, these other reviews people have that are negative it’s true. I feel like I was sold a lemon and played out of my money but never again.

Tech is nice
These are great people who fixed my car in 2 hours when no tech was able to diagnose what is wrong with it
