Great honest service
The guys did great work. They fixed the necessary things, tuned up the car, and didn’t tell me I needed to do something that really wasn’t needed. And, my car was ready a day earlier than expected!

2018 Ram 3500 Cummins oil leak resolved
This was my 1st experience having Belair Auto Service work on my truck. They came highly recommended by a trusted friend. I delayed writing this review until I was able to put over 1,000 miles on the truck to be sure that it was in fact, no longer leaking. I'm very happy to report that it is not!

Throughout the extensive repair, Ron was very good in communicating their progress and keeping me updated. It turned out my 6.7 Cummins with only 88K miles was leaking oil at the timing case, timing cover, front crank seal and valve cover. All of this is an inexcusable factory defect and I'll be seeking support from Ram & Cummins.

Initially Ron thought they'd have to pull the body off to provide access for the repair. However they were able to do a work around that saved about $1000 from the original cost estimate they gave me. After the job was completed and I picked up the truck I discovered another issue. They had installed regular diesel oil, not synthetic as I had originally requested . Ron had me bring the truck back and had the oil changed out while I waited at no additional cost. You don't get honesty and integrity like that at the dealership!

While this was a very expensive repair that should never have needed to be done, I'm very glad I went to Belair Auto Service. I'll definitely have them preform any future work that's beyond my skill set and can highly recommend them!
