I took my Hyundai Ioniq5 in for a service recall.
Mark Muliarchyk was the service person to help me get set up for the recall work. He also called a Lyft driver to take me home. When I returned to get my car, he asked me if there was anything else my car needed. I told him I love the car, but the heater sucks! Right then we made another appointment to get the heater diagnosed. At that point I knew Mark was really LISTENING to me. I had been told twice before the heater was fine. (Blowing cold air non stop is NOT fine) Thanks to the great mechanic, they diagnosed a faulty fuse. My car was fixed. I now don't get "frozen bones" just driving a short distance. The heater warms up before I am at the end of my short road. THANKS MARK and THANKS to the great mechanic! THANKS for listening to me.

2013 Hyundai Elantra is service for repair for a month.
So far it’s been a month since I had my daughter’s 2013 Hyundai Elantra towed there, because it wouldn’t start. I have called and left messages for updates, but nobody calls back. I had to go there and talk to a service representative, but he can’t tell me anything. As far as I know, they have performed some recalls, but still have not diagnosed the problem. This has been a very frustrating experience, since I’m stuck, not sure if I should have it towed to another shop, but that might be worse. I know one thing, I will not purchase another Hyundai or Kia if this is the way their service department works.

I recently accompanied a friend to CarPros Hyundai to investigate an Ionic5. We were met by Dawn Lynch who provided what proved to be a most satisfying car purchasing experience. Her attention to detail and her dedication to superior customer service made this experience a mast satisfying experience. CarPros is such a good dealership and Dawn is such a good representative that I anticipate returning to engage with her to buy my own car. She definitely makes car buying a pleasant experience more so than any I have ever seen

Outstanding service from everyone
We bought a used Kona from the team at Car Pros Renton Hyundai, and the experience could not have been smoother or more friendly. From the first contact with Mohamad Wanli, we were treated with respect, kindness, and a very customer first focus. The car we bought was for our teenager, and Mohamad was outstanding in helping her with understanding the features of the car, and how it worked so she could feel comfortable and confident driving it. He was patient and supportive all through the negotiation process, and followed up with us to see if he could answer any questions or provide any more information to us. I would buy another Hyundai from Mohamad and the team at Car Pros without hesitation.

Service department review
I have been working with Mark, a service writer. This marks the 4th time I have been attended by him. Each time he has been friendly, attentive, and professional. He clearly explains everything. He answers all my questions even giving me my options. He never attempts to upsell me. I recommend him unequivocally and I enjoy working with him each time. Thanks Mark.

Took advantage of first time buyer
My son put his name in with Car Pros Hyundai in Renton Washington to wait for a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. The car arrived and we trusted the Hyundai Dealership would treat him ethically as we have been Hyundai customers for over ten years. He was trading in the 2013 Elantra we had purchased for him for college. The dealer evaluated the car for trade in and told him because of coffee stains on the seats, that they would be unable to sell the car on the lot and would have to wholesale the car. As a result of this evaluation, they offered $2000 for the Elantra which had a low blue book value of $5400. The dealership refused to negotiate the trade in value because of their assertion that the car would be wholesaled. Today, April 15, we found his Elantra on Car Pros Hyundai website with an asking price of $13,995. The VIN from their website matches the VIN on his registrations so there is no doubt it is his car. They misrepresented their intentions with the car and misrepresented the value of the car to them. They took advantage of him as a first time buyer.

Trying to force me into repossession
I 100% agree with the review that says do not buy from here. They are trying to force me into a voluntary repossession 1 week after I financed a car with them, even though I can make the payments and I had a car I made payments on for over 3 years. They do not honor Hyundai’s 3 day worry free exchange. They do not let people return a car, or get a refund even if they put a big deposit down. The car (Venue) ended up not working out for my family for several reasons. I have had to open a claim against them to try and get them to honor the policy, and I’ve been advised not to drive it which is costing me $100+ a day because I use my car for self employment. They also lied and told me the exchange was up to the bank but when I called, the bank had no knowledge of it and said it wasn’t up to them. My boyfriend took the day off work to go to dealership just to have them lie to our faces. Something else to mention is they didn't even tell me the final loan amount and the financing guy failed to mention he was adding a bunch of money onto the loan for the extended warranty. They took advantage of us and lost two customers that would have come back here for life. My advice is to go to the other Hyundai dealership in Renton.

The worst place to have car service
I took my Hyundai Sonata to them on 2021 for engine wire harness they told me diagnostic will be around $480 after a week didn’t heard anything from them I call them and to be told that I would need a new engine wire harness which I told them in the beginning and told me will cost $5000 then I told them I will fixed somewhere else don’t worry I pay for your diagnosis so when can I come get my car they said we have to put your car back together and you will have to pay for it I am like what the f*********ck I am paying for diagnostic they said no we tear a part your car to diagnostic but we have to put it together and you will have to pay additional $180 so we agreed to pay $650 total and after 4 days I didn’t heard anything back from them I call them to find out about my car and they were like sorry the technician forgot to turn of the ignition while putting the car together and the car got on fire so we will be replacing your engine wire harness which was the main reason for the car problem and they kept the car for another month and half after that replaced the engine wire harness but the car won’t start and still charge me $850 for the diagnostic and they call all the Hyundai Dealler in around Washington to let them know that I repaired my car with used engine wire harness and they shouldn’t touch it if I took to them how I found out was I took it back to Hyundai of Kirkland which they’re the one who replaced a engine recalls on my car after I took it back to them they informed me that that Renton Hyundai Car-pross called them and told them that I put used parts on my car so they don’t want to work on my car and I have to tow my car back to find a none Hyundai shop to fixed very very very bad experience with Car- proses in Renton bad Costomer service and the service manager Dave is the worst off all and the old guy jay overall it’s the worst place to take your car get fixed I won’t even recommend my worst enemy to go there very disrespectful and ignorant un professional service stay away they deserve 0000000000000000000000 million’s

Hyundai Car Pros Excellent Service
I have never had a bad experience at Car Pros Service. They have been excellent and HONEST. However, Hyundai Corp is not. I do not recommend buying any Hyundai vehicles until Hyundai fixes the engine failure problem that has been ongoing since 2011 with the most popular models. Over 10 years and Hyundai continues to use bad engine parts in their vehicles, causing engines to start failing between 65k-90k. Hyundai also makes it wildly impossible to get engine replacement accomplished. So I cannot recommend the Brand until they do the right thing.
