I wholeheartedly recommend Car ER. Vadim, the owner, went above and beyond for me. I brought in a used car for him to look over and recommend or not. After driving it himself, he actually took me out in it to give me pointers on driving this particular car since it is a manual transmission and I had some questions about it. I was amazed that he took the time to do that on a busy day, and his mini-lesson was so helpful. His explanations of possible future issues, etc were very clear, and estimates were very good. Mark was also very helpful. It’s a trustworthy, caring place and I have peace of mind knowing they’re close by for my daughter at JMU. Really great!
