Inexperienced Technicians, Left my Car Damaged, Brushed me aside
I went in for an alignment and mount/balance for my tires on my wheels. I was left with a damaged rim, told to go to a different shop to mount and balance my tires. Then the technician used a pry bar on my strut tower to "align" my car. Afterwards, I was left in the dark with any possible way to repair or fix their mistakes. I was hilariously offered a discount on my next alignment.

Customer Service Oriented
I wrote a long Yelp review on the service here. Clean place of business and attentive staff. I will use Car Code services again. I am VERY picky about who I let touch my cars. I have had the same mechanic for over 10 years BUT the service her out weighs a lower price.
