It took quite a while to get my vehicle in this time. And I get how some people can leave their vehicle so you can get it done but most can't. It's really frustrating to hear that for two weeks time. If u can leave the vehicle. I can't I live out of town and work full time and have have a kid to get off the bus. Thanks for getting us in today. But my vehicle was way overdue....
Went in for front end alignment and wheel bearing. Price charged for wheel bearing was 300 just for the part. I could buy 6 wheel bearings for that. So the total price was 800 which is way way to high. Google says national average is 350 for parts and labor so l will never be back. I miss the old owner. There excuse was my car was old and rusty. I say that’s all they work on because the newer stuff all goes to the dealer to get fixed till all warranties are done then people go to the garage shops.
Was well informed as to what was being done. They ran into a snag and informed me what and how it needed to be solved.
A little difficult with parking due to construction work Excellent service, Answered my questions. Needed tires, they did well giving me quotes, different in tires and how well they would stand up. I grew up on when to change oil and rotate tires and is different now. They explained how i could set up a rotation and when the time was about to call for an appointment. My error but forgot to ask what brand oil they used. Saw was Quaker and i don't like that brand and will check with them when i go for my next appointment. A very thorough winterizing job was done..
