Quick professional service
Brought my vehicle in for regular service. Was greeted quickly with a smile. Had my vehicle serviced and was out in a little over an hour. Very clean facilities,very professional. Will definitely be going back.

I had issues with my hybrid system. Took it to Capital Hyundai of Greensboro and it took almost a month before my car was fixed and when I finally got the car back from them, my car broke down again just two days later with the same hybrid system issue.

Fast, friendly, and excellent service
Although I only received 2 safety recalls to my car, this was my first visit to the facility. The staff were friendly, the facility was clean and had coffee, water, and snacks available while I waited, and the service was fast. I will definitely be returning.

Capital Hyundai has a excellent quality service department with friendly staff who listen to what brought you and your vehicle to them. They explain the results of your repair in detail and answer any follow on questions you may have. I would recommend them highly as a team and as a brand.

Update of review
I had previously written a bad review of the service department. We can all have bad experiences, I will say they reached out to me and made it right. Great service advisor that stayed on top of the situation with my car. I wanted to update my original review but could not find a way. They will be servicing my car including oil changes from here on out.

Never seem to get good service from this place. They don’t let you know when car is ready for pick up. Left car at shop to be worked on, they left my car unlocked and someone broken into it stolen out of it.

Update of review
They reached out to me and I took my vehicle back in. They did a superb job in a timely fashion. This could have been a communication failure on my part as I am usually thinking about one thing while doing another. Anyway, they did a fine job and will be servicing my car in the future, including oil changes.

Sub standard service dept
I took my car in for engine noise. They dismissed this because it wasn't throwing a code. My last Sonata blew the engine that they checked 4 times and told me it was fine. It never threw a code. I know they didn't test drive it, because they released the car to my daughter with brakes completely gone, putting her and my grandchildren in danger.

Exceptional service
Esco Brooks assisted me with my service and his efforts were exceptional. I had made an appointment 2 weeks before my scheduled service. When I arrived at 8:00 Esco looked for my appointment and there was not one. He said no problem Mr. Harris we will get you taken care of. 40 minutes later I was a set and out the door. Esco's help was greatly appreciated and greatly appreciated. This high level of service is something I have been enjoying every time I visit Capital Hyundai.

Excellent and speedy maintenance
Went in for my first vehicle maintenance service, and the staff was great! Even through remodeling, they accommodated me with a free Lyft ride to go get some lunch and did an excellent job communicating with me.
