Nicole said everything was good, fast, efficient. The person at the front desk was not that friendly, the waiting area had empty bottles of water, could have been cleaner. The vehicle was great, done within the hour and the first impression, not so great.
Faithe said they are accommodating, they are helpful and answered her questions. She feels confident listening to the recommendations for her vehicle, she is very grateful for them.
Doug said it was a good experience, but the curb appeal was not good, the plants were all brown, the mulch needs to be replaced, but the guys were great.
Todd said it was good. He had his oil changed, the only problem is that he has to go back. His oil change light is on in his vehicle saying he needs his oil changed after he got it changed. He doesn't want to see that light on after getting an oil change.
Auyavion said fixed the vehicle in timely manner, gave updates when called, and did go above and beyond work needed. He said they did more diagnostics on the vehicle.
