Great service and communication
I brought my truck to Canady & Branch for state inspection becuse I just had a feeling that the dealership would just find things wrong and charge me and arm & a leg. Well, I was right. There were 2 minimal things that did not pass inspection, but the team at Canady & Branch communicated clearly with my what the issues were, what my options were, the cost and time it would take for repairs. They were always courteous on the phone, even answering my questions that were not at all related to the inspection issues. Pickup was easy and painless, the folks there all had smiles on their faces and clearly wanted me to feel ‘at home’ at their shop. I’m glad I took a chance on them, and will likely return when I need something repaired.
