My first visit
I was only in need of an inspection and oil change but I really have been looking for someone or something to impress me enough to return. I lost my husband during Covid. Since he himself was in the auto business for years, he took great care of all the cars we ever owned. I struggle with getting oil changes on time!
Anyway, I drive by Canady and Branch almost every day and had read a couple of reviews saying that besides being great mechanics, they were honest and not pushy. I found that to be true. Also everyone I dealt with was friendly, and seemed to genuinely like people. Kind of rare today! Also, a big plus was being able to take my car to a clean, well organized shop where I could leave it before closing and pick up the next day when they called. And my car would be locked up inside, not left on the street! I will definitely be back and I feel confidant that I will be able to trust what they tell me if I’m having a problem with my car.

In and out way ahead of expectation
The dreaded check engine light came on in my vehicle on a Friday. I called my "go to" shop and made an appointment to see them on Monday morning. Arriving at 0915, Bill Canady listened attentively and asked a few basic questions. He noted that they would getting it as soon as possible, but it might well be the next afternoon before I could expect to get it back due to the number of jobs they were wrapping up that morning. I expected no more than that, after all, you have to get in the que before you get service anywhere you go. We'll, imagine my surprise when I got a call from Bill asking whether I wanted to pick the car up that same afternoon, or wait until the next day as expected. I told him that I would see him shortly. Thirty minutes later, Canady & Branch had another more than satisfied customer driving away and heading home. Top marks once again for these fellows!

Awesome auto care!
The service was awesome! I probably looked like an innocent girl that could be taken advantage of, but the mechanic that I worked with was very nice and charged me what I expected. Very reasonably priced.

Recent care repair
I had a pop-up recommending that I check my “Hood Latch”. There was no issue with the latch. Evidently it was a cable issue that required removal of the bumper to track the cable and repair it. I feared a costly repair on this 8 year old car. They repaired the cable, overall, the price was reasonable. End result is that Hood Latch alert is not longer active, I also found that when I press my key fob to lock my doors the lights on the car all work again and that I can remotely start my car again. Thinking back these other functions have not worked since the hood latch notification started. Even happier with work and the results. I have known Bill Canady and David Branch for many years as a customer of Don Comer Ford. They are my “Go To” people for my automotive repairs. I have had other work done on this car at Canady & Branch with similar positive experiences.
