Fixed something 3 other mechanics couldn’t
I had a mystery problem with my car. I had taken it into three different mechanics and spent thousands of dollars. None of the other mechanics can figure it out or solve the problem. Felt like they just kept throwing darts at the board and charging me money. I took it to CJ auto and they had it properly diagnosed and fixed within three days. Ended up paying them a fraction of the money I paid the other guys that couldn’t figure it out. Really great Mechanic!

They do it all!
These guy have worked on all our cars including our 1962 Volvo Amazon. They take on any problem and fix it quickly and cost effectively. We recommend them to everyone.

Excellent Service and Affordable Rates
I would definately use CJ Auto Works again and recommend them to others! My minivan broke in a parking lot on a weekend and I left town the next day. I was able to get it towed to CJ's then called from my conference hotel on Monday. They diagnosed the problem, gave me thorough recommendations and reasonable price quotes on what needed to be fixed. The prices were very affordable and what's more, the mechanic talked to me about what he would do if it was his car on a limited budget (which I was). I felt no pressure to do additional repairs but felt I was talking to an experience professional giving me good practice advice after really giving my car a thorough assessment. I spoke with him several times and when I decided on what repairs I wanted, they were done before I could return from my trip and done well. I can't emphasis enough what a relief it was to find an exceptional mechanic with great customer service skills and affordable rates in a city I didn't know well.

Years of Great Service
I've been using them for years and my old GMC is still on the road. Just let them know what you need and they will evaluate and fix it. They have always offered me great service and I've been using them for over 10 years.

Give them a chance....you won't be disappointed.

Great Shop
Had clutch issue's with my 2004 jeep. Not only did they fix the clutch problem. They were up front about all costs and labor involved. They are the best shop I've found in Bountiful by far. The work was great! Don't mess with the tire guys who say they can fix anything, they can't. Go to C.J. Auto and get it fixed right the first time. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your honest and great service.

Theft by deception
Cj auto works attempted to get away with nothing short of theft by deception. They charged bill Schmitz a disabled vet. for a new transmission and top of the line Nexen tires. $3000 He kindly pre paid them. What he received after his car was in their care for 90 days. Yes 90 days for a 7 hour job was a rebuilt trans with no warranty and the cheapest tires available. When called out for what they did they refused to correct the problem. His rebuilt trans only lasted 1 week and they refuse to warranty it. They sold him a 3 yr unlimited mile warranty he paid them over $3000 for absolutely nothing. They ripped him off so bad he nearly had a heart attack. Do not use these criminals. The truth of their ways is under investigation and we have found they do this to nearly every customer. Sickening, charges are filed and a class action lawsuit underway

Best Auto Repair Shop in Utah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In My Opinion,CJ Autoworks is the Best Auto Repair Shop in Utah!!!!! I have been taking my vehicles there for over 12 years, and have never had a problem with their work.They have done everything from Inspections to complete Transmission rebuilds for me.I am a Retired Diesel Locomotive Mechanic,and can appreciate when Mechanical work is done well.All repairs from them have been Outstanding!!! I want to Thank Curtis and Cory for operating a Great Shop!!!!!!!!!!

Good shop!
John & Curtis at CJ's automotive were great to work with. They took on a moderately complex project on my motorhome and did me right. I believe that Curtis is the owner... and also a very straight shooter... Not a barrel of fun but a good guy and good to work with. John is more fun, and a cool guy to work with and took good care of me.

I believe them to be fair, competitive priced, and easy to work with.

I will send them my business in the future.

My First Choice Every Time
I've been going to CJ's since they opened 10+ years ago and never have had a bad experience. From my old Toyota to my work V-10 Dodge, they always get it fixed right.
