Horrible place
Went for a inspection tried to rip me smelly guy made my vehicle smell like death I had to have it cleaned they failed it and try to get me to do repairs I did not need scammers thieves I feel sorry for all the people that they have ripped off I took my vehicle 15 minutes down the road and it passed nothing wrong with it after leaving there it passed a hour later I did nothing to it beware do not go there terrible place criminals

Scammers
Went there for a state inspection and they took all day moving my vehicle from garage bay to garage bay then telling me my vehicle needs work did not pass plus some dirty smelly guy driving my vehicle around made it smell like something died in side of it it was horrible I had to have it cleaned but any I drove it 15 minutes down the road and got inspected at another place and it passed with no problems and only to 30 minutes instead of 5 hours and a scum bag making my vehicle smell bad and this place trying to rip me off saying it needs work beware do not believe or trust these scammers I feel sorry for all the people that they rip off and play for suckers

Always there for you!
I’ve been using C & A for tires, service and pretty much everything automotive related for about 10 years now. They’ve cared for my cars, truck and even my Polaris 4x4. While they are always busy, they make sure I get an appointment and address whatever need I may have quickly. Always courteous and attentive and always at a fair price. It’s comforting to have people who won’t take advantage and that you can always trust.

Inspection leads to needs repair
Needed inspection on a 2005 Honda CRV. They discovered a bad power steering line that had been badly leaking. They fabricated a new line saving me from having to replace the power steering pump. They always do the job right and make sure your car is safe to drive without having to worry.

Eng light on
I brought my car in and they were very busy but they still took the time to check out my car they had my car fixed by the end of the day and it's working great the staff is very nice and professional and their rates are not bad

Friendly, Courteous, Helpful
The team at C&A Auto Service have always been friendly and courteous; from helping me to choose the right tires, new battery, and regular maintenances/services on my car n my truck with top notch customer service. I’ve been going to this shop whenever my vehicles needed attention for couple years. My experience is that they are busy most of the time, dropping car off is a good alternative, and they’ll let me know once the work is done. Shoutout to Jerry/Chris/Ray for the extra helps last week, Thanks all..

mis diagnosed my car by a long shot.
Had a shimmy in front end and they wanted to replace an exorbitant amount of unneccessary items for more than 2 thousand dollars. As it turned out my car needed a front axle...more than 1800 dollars less than their estimate. Items they proposed to change are better than good on the car. Never will my wife and I go to them.

Better Than New
I am the original owner of a 1988 Ford F 250 Diesel 2 wheel drive. After sitting for the year in a half during the pandemic I was in need of a inspection. Chris and the mechanics found I needed some front end linkage parts to pass inspection. The Ray, Chris are knowledgeable and professional. The bottom line is my truck runs and drives better than new because of C&A Auto. Oh my truck has 400,00 miles.

C&A Auto Service trustworthy, reliable, and always charge a fair price
I have been a customer at C&A Auto Service since 2015 and they are the only place I will take my car when I need anything to be done. They are trustworthy, reliable, and charge a fair price. They always get the job done in a timely manner and never do any additional work without notifying you and explaining what else your car needs. I have never felt pressured or taken advantage of when they have suggested service to my vehicle. The people who operate the front desk are without fail kind, knowledgeable, and are more than happy to answer any question or concern you may have (especially Shannon!!). Not every mechanic shop cares about their customers but C&A Auto Service truly cares and prioritizes making their customers comfortable.

Great Place!
Excellent! My car was overdue for an oil change by more than 4000 miles. They took the car immediately, finished quickly, and it runs like new! I forgot to mention the coupon I'd wanted to use, but when I looked at the bill I saw charged the same price as if I had. Plus, absolutely no contact (due to pandemic); very safe feeling environment. Wonderful place!

NYS vehicle inspection
I made an appointment the day before. They took my car in right away and had it inspected and back to me in 20 minutes. We can't wait in the waiting room yet, so I recommend bringing a lawn chair upon which to sit.
