Solved my problem quickly and economically
I was recommended to Byrd's by my neighbor. I took my vehicle in for an EVAP error code. I had checked everything I knew and couldn't find the problem. Zach was a pleasure to meet and understood what I had done already. He called back that day and had found the problem, however, he needed to order a part and it would be there in the morning. The next morning I get a call and it's fixed, the code was cleared and he test drove it to make sure it didn't pop back up. Great, friendly service, and in the kind of business environment that exists today, it was a relief to find someone who wasn't looking to gouge me or recommend a bunch of other things they "found" when they were working on the vehicle. This is indeed a business that cares and I'll definitely be back! Thanks!
