New brake pads all the way around and two new rotors in the front
As always with Byrds automotive Jim and his sons do a fantastic job this time was new pads and new rotors and the pads were still under warranty from the last time I had them done at Byrds been going to him for I think 13 years 14 years wouldn't even think of another mechanic

Great professional and thorough service.
I just started driving my 1995 Ford F150 truck again after not driving it for a number of years. It only has 147,000 miles on it, but it needed a great deal of maintenance to make me confident it could be driven safely. The truck needed a thorough check – bumper-to-bumper – to make sure everything under the hood was in top condition. My nephew has been working at Byrd’s for over a year, and I could think of no one I’d rather trust with my truck than him. While they are extremely busy, he was able to put the truck in-line and give it a great once-over. He provided me a very detailed and thorough estimate of what needed to be done on the truck, and I gave him the green light to fix everything that he thought needed to be fixed. After a few days, I got my truck back and told him it drives like it did when I drove it off the lot back in 1995. I’ll be taking all of my vehicles to Byrd’s from here on out.

Know their stuff!
Don't you hate it when a warning light comes on and doesn't go off? So thankful I can always call Byrd's and they work me into their schedule to check out things. This one wasn't as bad as it could have been, but they went the extra mile to be sure all was well with my airbag system. Byrd's is always reliable, always honest, and the best auto shop around!

Brought my 2009 Ford Escape back to life!!
I have been coming to Byrd’s for years because I just about trust them more than any other auto shop. Granted, I’ve had a time or two where I’ve dropped my car off and they weren’t able to look at it within my short time frame, as they are busy. But this last time I was afraid that my truck was an absolute goner due to it overheating and smoking. As it turns out, they were able to fix the water leak it had and replace the thermostat - and I was back in business! I simply can’t recommend them highly enough, as they are great people and know their cars!!

Great Service!!!
Byrd's really came through for me when I had a power steering issue. Even though they were slammed, they still made time to check out my car. Turns out, the problem wasn’t as bad as another place had claimed, and that honesty saved me a few hundred bucks—always a win when it comes to car repairs. Good work, fair prices, and no runaround—can’t ask for more than that!
