I can open my window again
Motor in the driver side power window died. Never realize how much you use something until it doesn't work. Ordered, replaced smooth transaction. Always a pleasure to deal with these people

Excellence as always
I will not go anywhere else. My mechanic can fix anything. I have a highly customized work van it used to have to go to an rv dealer for equipment and a heavy duty mechanic for engine repairs. I love my mechanic he has a great sense of humor and can fix anything. Bob in the office always stays on top of things, he bends over backwards to get things done right and get them done quickly and he keeps you informed on what is going on. As a woman business owner I used to get people who sometimes figure you don't know "squat:' not these guys. They fix it they tell me what they are doing and then they explain things to me in ways I understand, I may never be a mechanic but I understand a lot more than I used to they have my loyalty.

Wrong diagnosis.
Didn’t have computer diagnosis to read my Audi. Said it had a key fob issue. They brought in an outside guy. He couldn’t read car and they said it was a key fob issue. I had an extra genuine key fob I bought used of EBay, already programmed for another car. They asked me to bring in as they called back the outside guy a day or two later. He still couldn’t do anything with key fob. I pulled car out of there to take elsewhere. Turns out key fob I had works with no problems. I was billed $680 for that guy to come out for key fob. Also said the comfort control module was bad, which it wasn’t. Some corroded wires is what it was. Absolutely ridiculous I had to pay for that for nothing cause of incorrect assessment.
