Chris said his vehicle had been towed and when he went back this business was no longer called the business's name. He bought brand new expensive spark plugs and wires that he had left on his passenger seat so that the business could put them in. He was told that it would cost between $210 - $220 because of the 3 hour labor. He also asked that they put new battery terminals on his vehicle. When he called the business it was an all new business. They ripped him off because they told him a price but it was not the actual price. They did not want to put on the spark plugs and wires he requested and said he needed to buy their $10 wires. The business was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and mocked and cursed him out. He replaced his distributor cap before he brought the vehicle in, and they replaced it again. The boss said he had to pay $500 up front to work on his vehicle again because he did not know him. He called 10 different businesses and they told him there is no reason why the business is charging that much. He paid $90 for a diagnostic test so it should have told him what exactly was wrong with his vehicle. He said he will never return to this business
