Bruneau’s Gary was quick and efficient at printing out a quote while we talked and dealership took till next day with my reminder to get a quote. The price difference between the two was outstanding.
We used convenient key drop off the night before at Bruneau’s. Next day Gary test drove and found unevenly worn inside front tires which is unusual due the suv was always serviced at dealership and tires were rotated and balanced every 6 months. Gary called me to go/see/feel for myself the tires at his garage (I appreciate this old school ways of knowing diagnosis). My Investigation showed OEM 19” Toyo A36 tires have 300 rating tread wear (soft type) vs other recommended MZ alternatives have 640 to 700 tread wear. Since Bruneau’s or Costco does not do alignment, we’re having dealership do the work and replace with better tires at competitive price.
