My experience March 15, 2025 auto repairs to my transmission
On March 15, 2025 I was on route 8 connector I had transmission problems I had made a call to Bruneau’s Auto 696 Boston Post Rd., Milford, CT his driver, came out and picked me up and took me home and brought my vehicle to the shop I get a call from the owner, Kevin and he was going over my options with the vehicle, turned out. I need a transmission. So I had told them to do the job I was overwhelmed how quick it was and how fast I got my vehicle back. I had my vehicle back on Friday that week. and I was back on the road. He has a good team of mechanics. Who treat you nice and they are very great at what they do.. I couldn’t ask for anything better and this was not my first time having my vehicle repaired over there. This is my third time and they’ve never let me down and always kept me on the road and took care of me now they have a new location, they opened up a body shop in Stratford Connecticut on Barnum Avenue. It’s called Kevins collision and I want to say congratulations on the opening and wish you well with everything. Thanks again talk to you and your crew soon. Mark 👍🏻

Every time I bring my car here, it’s a great experience. They are accommodating if you have to work late their accommodating if you have to drop your car off early. They are reasonable and very fair.

Efficient, professional, kind
Bruneau’s auto continues to be my shop of choice. My car had been towed to a different shop, it had been there for days and not even looked at, with no plans to look at it until the next week. I called Bruneau’s and they were able to see it same day and have my problem resolved within an hour. They never made me feel stupid and the pricing was transparent and reasonable. All in all highly recommend going to Bruneau’s the first time!

They are great!!
I have used them in the psst and they don't disappoint! They took the time figuring out what was wrong with my car and I have recommended them to friends. I have much faith and trust them to do a great job. Today that can be rare. Will definitely go back for all my car rrpair needs!

The service was very good and fast.
Rachel was her usual self, quick and fast. The price for an oil change was exceptionally good, I hope it stays at that level.
