After dealing with the great experience Browns auto repair provided, it is safe to say that the company I work for has a new found loyalty. We took a company vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Albuquerque, and received a large quoted amount, with further damage to the vehicle. We offered to pay these guys for another inspection, and instead, they offered a free of charge second opinion! Just what we needed! Additionally, they fixed a mistake that the dealership caused, free of charge! Not to mention, everything they did say was wrong with the vehicle, came with pictures and a nice explanation for the folks who are not as versed in the car world. We had originally planned to take advantage of this great offer, then get the repairs at a cheaper location. However, with the amazing service we were provided, we decided to have all of the work done here as well as drop off a different company car! I highly recommend this place. You can tell they really care about their customers, and not just the money they bring in.
