Brotherton Cadillac covered up damage on my brand new Cadillac CT5 2024. With black electrical tape. When confronting Arun Vaidyanathan (the general manager) he said why didn’t You climbed under the car and inspected it yourself? My brand new Cadillac had 2,000$ in damage. This dealership sold me their product damaged and didn’t disclose it. They chose to hide it. The general manager did not have integrity. He chose to avoid responsibility by trying to put fault back on his customers. Please save yourself time and money and a headache , go to a dealership with integrity and honesty.
