TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!
My wife took our 2023 Palisade Hyundai as it has several problems. including Computer is all messed up, saying our tires are flat and having the warning light at all times. Battery has gone dead 3 times in the last 3 weeks. They think its ok and "they just recharged it". none of the USB ports work nor the charging dock..... One issue after another. My wife got there at 7:45AM. They said she had to wait as they didn't have rental cars. they said it was going to take 3-4 hrs. The LACK of communication and how rude the people were was unbelievable. Sheila Gates and Jason Herdenson were NOT helpful at all. To the point that based on service I don't think I would ever buy another Hyundai. At 12pm they told her 1more hour and that they were going to order another USB port. They told her they recharged the battery, which makes me think they did not check anything as I did recharge the battery at home the 3 previous times. from 12 to 3pm nothing happens and no communication at all until my wife told them she needed to pick up the kids and asked for an update. They told her that they were working on the USB's and that they would give her a rental.... What... really? The lack of caring or interest in our business hurt what Hyundai is as a company as this is our first and last. It's sad that a car manufacturer put their reputation in a dealer like this... So disappointing. To make things worse, my wife took the day of work to do this as now she will have to take another day to deal with this issue IF it gets resolve.
When my wife asked for a manager, Sheila is the one who was presented. And she didnt do anything. At 3pm and that is because my wife told them they had to pick up our kids from School
