My review on u guys
this company has terrible drivers and complainers ur driver about cost me my job because he wanted to be rude disrespectful to those who actually work instead of sitting on ur butt all day long so u can tell that driver of urs to cram his truck where the sun don’t shine up his ass

Great service
Called Broad & James towing after a technician from another company couldn’t get the lug-nuts off. The technician Mitchell from Broad & James took off the lug-nuts so quickly and put on the spare tire so I could safely drive home. He even put air in the spare tire. He was so polite and helpful. I would recommend to all my friends.

Ripped off
I wouldn't recommend them. Had my car towed into them for repair. I was charged $500 and the car still does not run. I feel ripped off!

Awesome
My son's car started acting up, late yesterday. He called them and they said to bring the car in and they would look at it the next day. The next morning...EARLY..they called and knew what was wrong, quoted a price, fixed it and he was out the door before lunch. No upselling for unneeded things and price was great. Will be back there, for sure!!!

Towing service
I've used B & J twice so far hope not to have to use them again just because I don't want to break down again but each time the drivers were very polite courteous and quite friendly one of my best towing experiences

Great Service
I had went to this place previously to have my car serviced and the price was reasonable. I obviously went back because I have an older car and didn't want to pay a whole bunch of money I didn't have. They also had my car done in descent amount of time, I bought it in before work and it was done before I had to go in for my shift.

Sherron said the pricing to get her vehicle fixed was highly overrated. She called this business back and they let her know they had cleared out her original estimate and gave her a lower price, which was a $250 difference from the original price.

Sherron's was towed in and dropped outside. It had at least a broken ball joint and axle,bad hub bearing, right front wheel and front tires were smooth\ bald. Original estimate was worst case while 2nd estimate was best case. Either way exceeded value of vehicle.Sherron made the decision not to repair.
