Then when we called you and left a message that your car was done, apparently you didn't receive that message. By the time you came in to pick up your car it had gotten dirty from sitting outside. We do not have a car wash here like Dealerships do but we charge way less for repairs than they do. We do try to take cars to a car wash if they get excessively dirty while we have them.
