This company charged us almost $900 just for a diagnostic. My husband took 3 days off work so they could fix this due to them not being open during the weekend so we made sure to confirm that what was in the diagnostic was all that it would need.
When we got the truck back, his head lights would not turn off. He literally has to manually disconnect his battery so his truck doesn't die. That was not a problem we had before. So he brought the truck back in & they all of a sudden find four more things that need to be fixed & want thousands of dollars more to fix things that weren't even wrong with the truck in the first place. They knew he also could not take any more work off. We feel totally cheated and ripped off.
