Just don’t care
I booked an appointment on Wednesday, to do a simple emissions test, on Monday. The guy said “ya, bring it by in the morning, and we will get you taken care of.” Show up at 10:00 am Monday, and the same guy said “oh, your appointment is at 3:00.” Not at all what they told me last Wednesday. So here I sit, at 1:00, and watch them doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They seem to sit in the office chairs, and talk a lot. But I have seen literally 2 cars come and go. Yes, that’s TWO cars. They are very aware that I’m sitting here, SERIOUSLY pathetic.

Best Shop
I have never found another shop that provides the service that Branch does. We will not take the truck to anywhere else. Tom is the one we deal with every time the truck is in, and he is very communicative and kind.

I have used Branch for emissions for a few years and this is the first time that I have used for service. The work was completed as expected and what impressed me the most was their honest review of the truck and that some items were progressing but didn't need to be addressed during this service. I appreciate this time of trust worthy inspections. Service took a bit longer than expected or I would have given 5 stars.
