Took car in for rear brakes. Price came out to about 1/3rd the cost previously quoted by another "big name" auto repair shop. Technician took time out to show me the worn part prior to putting in the new one. There was no attempt to up-sell the customer & make the customer pay for other items that were not needed at the time. What a relief it was to work with a company that made a decent profit on their work yet still allowed me to walk away feeling like I hadn't been robbed. Very honest. Very fair.
