Clicking noise in the front.
I had a loud clicking noise when my F150 was moving forward. Dropped it off at 3pm Tuesday. Got a call from Carl at 11am, in New Years Eve. They went through everything and re torqued everything. They couldn't find where the noise came from. I arrived at the Shell and asked for my bill. To my surprise, the bill was $0.00. I know they must have spent a couple of hours on it, but they didn't charge me. The best customer service in town. I've been bringing my vehicles to them for over 20 years and will continue to. Thanks Bowie Shell.
