Oil change, new tires
I am a senior trying to keep my older vehicles. Bowie Shell is helping me do that. Last go around for an oil change, Carl said to think about new tires. I said let's go ahead and do that. He helped me narrow down the choice, ordered the tries, got them installed on the day promised. I remembered that I had been experiencing some spinning of tires on slick streets, after a rain. I had brushed it off. I think the reason was not that I was too heavy on the gas, but that he tires were reaching the end of their best performance. That's another thing I like about Bowie Shell. They point things out that need to be pointed out. No oversell. Just keeping my vehicle running. I don't want a flat tire on Route 50 or in Annapolis Shopping Mall.

MD State Inspection
I moved to Bowie, MD and needed to find a place to get a state inspection for my car so I could register. It was a gas station so it didn't have a waiting room like I was used to in the other state, but there were restaurants and cafe options close by or I could get a ride home if the service went longer than an hour. I came in the morning and the weather was good so they were able to complete in an hour. They said that they couldn't drive in the rain due to legal reasons so I was glad to have a nice weather. The inspection was done in a hour or so. I'm happy with their service.
