Needed my tire plugged because I ran over a screw. As I walked to the counter, saw Brian in the garage. Asked if he had time to plug a tire. He had me back right up to the bay doors and plugged the tire for me immediately. He even checked the air in all of my tires for me. I was out of there in 10 minutes! He was very nice, friendly and pleasant. Have taken previous cars there for inspections and oil changes. Never had a bad experience when I went there to have any sort of work done.
