We have used Bowe's Exxon for years to do service and other repairs. They are very courteous and scheduling by phone has been very easy. We have not used the web scheduler as yet. The service manager has been easy to work with and helpful. They let you know the charge for the service you request up front. If they find additional items that need repair, they call you and send texts listing each item and the cost. They are usually able to accomplish any additional repairs needed the same day. The work has been excellent. We have never had any problems or needed to return to fix something. They leave the car clean and no greasy foot or hand prints. I checked on the price for an oil change and they were $10 cheaper than the dealer. We keep going back because they earn our business.
