Made an appointment with Bonney Lake Collision 1 in October and they were booked out to January.
I call in December to confirm the appointment, no response or call back. Call again January 3 to confirm the appointment, they finally get back to me the next day and say "Sorry we're not going to do the job, changed our minds we don't like your insurance company. You need to start over.
I called them on Dec 21st. Left a voice mail - no return
Called again the next day. No Answer
Called January 3rd - they answer and say they'll get right back to me.
Finally get back to me January 4th and tell me to pound sand, don't like your insurance company.
This is a big repair, shops are out about 60 days around here so because of their sub-par business practices it's going to be another 60-90 days without a drivable car - about 6 months in total when it's all done
I talked to the owner Gary Stamps and he just laughed it off. Zero concern for their major slip up and inconvenience.
