Called Bob's about a squealing noise related to my 2011 Galant and made an appointment for the next morning. The next day, the technicians quickly found the cause of the noise and explained why. They also recommended other repairs without being pushy and I didn't feel like I was being up-sold on anything. The service itself took about an hour and that is with ordering the part. They are affordable and professional. 5/5 would recommend.
