We went from looking at a pre-owned Pilot to a new one and Zach took a lot of time to work with us, including staying past quitting time. He answered all of our questions and gave us honest answers. We were very confident working with him.
After we got the Pilot home, I noticed a chip in one of the windows - no one, including me, noticed it. I contacted Zach the next day and he said he'd take care of it. 15 minutes later I got a phone call from the service center and we made arrangements to have it replaced. The vehicle was picked up, I was given a loaner, and two hours later the glass was replaced. No questions asked. Very impressed with the service. Highly recommended.
