The most painless car buying experience!

easiest time and less time at dealership
Zach Barstow was a wonderful salesman, not only did he help with our family on this sale of a honda, but he also helped with another family member last month. Zach went over and more with all his knowledge on the vehicles that were purchased. We would highly recommend Zach at the Honda store. He explained to my (thick headed) husband why buying this car was the best deal...And it WAS.

Flawless
The entire experience could not have been any better. I started by searching the online inventory. I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle and I wanted a sunroof. That is very important to me. The website allowed me to filter by vehicles that have a sunroof. I then looked at the vehicles and found one that I really liked. The next morning I drove to the dealership and located the vehicle I admired online. Using the inventory number, it took me three minutes to find it, and a sales person came out in four minutes. It was even a half hour before they formally opened. I took a test drive while they evaluated my trade in. Then we started the paperwork. I was driving my new car home within three hours. It could not have been any better.

Great experience
We went from looking at a pre-owned Pilot to a new one and Zach took a lot of time to work with us, including staying past quitting time. He answered all of our questions and gave us honest answers. We were very confident working with him.
After we got the Pilot home, I noticed a chip in one of the windows - no one, including me, noticed it. I contacted Zach the next day and he said he'd take care of it. 15 minutes later I got a phone call from the service center and we made arrangements to have it replaced. The vehicle was picked up, I was given a loaner, and two hours later the glass was replaced. No questions asked. Very impressed with the service. Highly recommended.

Would sell me a car but not let me take it home so they could use it as a demo
I went to Bobby Rahal to look at a HR-V. They had one on the lot. When got to the point where I wanted to purchase the car I was told that I could buy the car but I couldn't take it home until they got another one as they needed to have one on the lot to show other people. Then once they got another one it they would let me take mine (the one being used as a demo) home. And, they couldn't tell me when a new one was coming in. The business manager was very condescending as well. If you intend to shop there verify they have more than 1 vehicle on the lot.

Exceptional sales personnel
First impressions are lasting and that is something we were drawn to from the beginning. Tom Dabich welcomed us in such a pleasant manner, we immediately felt comfortable and it only got better from there. He embodied such charisma, pleasantry, knowledge- and always listened to our concerns. He guided us through this tenuous process of choosing the vehicle that was right for us. We also met with Nathan , who made a ton of document signing, a piece of cake. Finally there was Justin who got us familiar with our new Honda HRV and we drove off quite happy and satisfied. It was a great buying experience!
After my wife and I had some bad buying experiences at other dealerships we thought we would try a different one. So glad we did. The entire buying experience from start to finish was excellent. Bobby Rahal was great! John Durle was an excellent sales person! I love my new 2021 Honda Ridgeline.
