Since 1997, Bob Thomas Automotive has grown from a 4 bay, 2 technician shop to a 10 bay, 5 technician shop. In 2010, BTA expanded our facility to include a new 6000 sq. ft. shop and added 2 new technicians to our staff to serve the needs of our customers better. I am highly satisfied with the excellent service. My husband and I would like to thank Ollie, ( I hope I spelled his name correctly.) although the visit and the service was brief, he gave us an excellent explanation as to why the car stopped running. He explained everything that's easy to understand. Unfortunately we're from out of town and we would like for our mechanic to continue where he left off but he made sure our car can still run safely and efficiently on the road. I believe Bob Thomas Automotive is the right place for everyone. It's not just the excellent customer service but they set a high standard to meet the needs of their customers.
