I took my 2020 Ford F-150 that i leased from Bob Ruth Ford for transmission problems. They told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission, i just wasn't accustomed to the shifting pattern of the new 10 speed. Three months later i take the truck back due to the shifting problem getting worse. This time they thought to check the fluid level, well lo and behold, it was low on fluid! Problem solved, so why couldn't their $129 an hour mechanics think to check the fluid level the 1st time??? I also had an issue with my remote locks not working properly, when Ford refused to cover the repair under warranty, they stuck ME with the bill! Then when i got my truck home, there were 2 door dings that weren't there when i gave it to them! Im gonna fight them on that, for sure. To top it all off ,the service manager has absolutely NO customer service skills, he insisted that I should have figured out the lock issue on my own, when their mechanics AND Ford engineers couldnt!! Don't waste your time or money doing business here, you will be sorry if you do!
