Worst place ever to get service done and trying to contact someone to. . .
You are the worst place to have a car serviced.
Your fancy video "evidence" of my car is totally unacceptable since the technician mention that it the inspection of my Tucson, but I do not own a Tucson. I own a Santa Fe. It was said that during this video inspection that there was oil leak, I was not advised that I have oil leak.
Not being greeted by a Service Advisor when a customer steps into you facility is also not giving a good impression. I asked will the service include checking the tire pressure be checked and I was told it would be checked and adjusted. Well no such adjustment was done, LF/37, LR/35, RF/42, RR/41. Not acceptable.
