Good People, Good Work, Good Price
I brought my old 2009 F-150 ranch truck from SD out to WA to use when I visited family. Even with 135,000 miles it still looks darn good except for some rusting panels under the doors and across the back end (so much for salting winter roads). Decided to see about getting it fixed while I was visiting again and a friend told me to take it to Bjorneby's in Federal Way as they are one of the few shops willing to do stupid little jobs like this. They were very nice, gave me a reasonable time and cost estimate, and with a shake of the hand, I left it with them. When the job was done, I was astonished. The truck looked like new and the final cost with tax was less than the reasonable estimate. I am more than pleased. Good people, good work, good price. What more can I say?

Slow Sloppy WORK
THIS BUSINESS HAD MY VEHICLE FOR OVER 4 MONTHS AND DID A POOR REPAIR JOB. EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS AT AN AMATEUR LEVEL AND THE OWNER(BOB) HAS MADE NO ATTEMPT TO FIX THE PROBLEMS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE TALKED TO HIM MULTIPLE TIMES TO CORRECT THESE PROBLEMS. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY.

Maryann said she had a very good experience. The staff did a good job in a reasonable time and it was perfect. His vehicle was ready when promised just a hour earlier than the time the staff had said. She was not kept informed during the repair. The staff did not give her any calls but they said they would tell her about a website where she could go and check, and she never did.

Marilyn said the repairs ended up costing twice as much as the estimate. She was not kept adequately informed. This business gave her an estimate and told her they would call to let her know if the insurance company was going to total the vehicle or pay for the repair. She waited 4 days and they never called. She called the insurance company who told her the business had never faxed them the estimate. The insurance company called the business and then the business faxed it right away. The repairs were so good and she would definitely recommend them to others.

Jonathan said this business was super fast and the work was done well. The people were really nice and communicated well. The service they provided was everything a customer could ask for in a crummy situation like that. This business did not have anything to do with the estimate because it was done by the insurance company of the other party involved in the accident. He chose them because of the several places he called, they were able to answer all of his questions and provided him with the most courteous responses.

Gabriel said they did not put the gaskets properly on. The handle on the back passenger door is loose and it is making a rattling noise. When he closes the driver side window, he can hear the wind as if it was not sealed properly or it is too tight. His vehicle was one day late due to additional damage found.
