I bought used M4 competition from them. They sold me car with very loud squeaky brakes. It didn’t happen when I test drove it but when I was driving it back home.
They are refusing to fix it and even have guts to call it’s normal for M car brakes to squeak.
Noise level is extremely loud.
DO NOT buy any used cars from them. If any issues arise, they will completely ignore and refuse to fix it.
I bought BMW from other dealers and they always fixed if any issues later than on. BMW San Francisco is the only dealer that refused to solve issues. I’m just going to trade this junk and will loose so much money.
Hopefully this review will save others from future headaches.
