Nice looking cars and showroom /waiting room area at 777 Kapiolani
Nice cars and showroom/waiting area. Good sales staff and service, treat customers professionally.

However when the car goes out of warranty, br prepared to pay $$$ for repaits and service. The late model cars are designed to be serviced at the dealer, and that translates to high costs. Guess thats why most will lease a BMW than buy one. They are beautiful fine riding cars and the sevice staff treats customers nice, even if it means having to explain a $$$ bill. As more cars become computers and lots of tech this will translate to required repairs at the dealership. For all makes, and this will mean expensive repairs that your past mechanic wont be able to do. You could save some $$ on non-dealer repairs, but the dealer is the brand and the brand BMW will stand behind the work. You will pay for it, but it is peace of mind. Woth most cat brands on Oahu, consumers don't have a lot of choices. Japanese cars are great and reliable, BMWs are a step above with excitement, panache and design, but naybe nit as reliable as the drivers tend to either abuse their cars more than other makes.
