I was recommended to Bill Smith's Auto &Air from an acquaintance. I was meet with a friendly and welcoming service advisor. I explained what was going on with my vehicle and I was told that they can look at the vehicle if I brought it back which I did and I received a call about the problem and it was fixed and my vehicle is running much much better. I will continue to support and tell family/friends about this company. I highly recommend this company for your vehicle repairs.

Friendliness
Bill Smiths is by far the friendliness place I have ever been to. They do not treat me as the old lady I am but treat me as someone who needs to know. They are ALWAYS fair with their price and I know I am getting good service.

Have always had service to count on
Our family has had our vehicles serviced at Bill Smith for over 30 years. The latest was a 23-year-old van brought in for oil change and inspection. It's always a pleasure to deal with this shop -- easy to schedule appointments and quality work. No extras added on; they just tell you honestly what you need and give you an estimate of the cost. If you need it, they will let you know, which always makes me feel safer on the road for me and my kids driving these older cars. Recommend scheduling an appointment as they are a busy shop.
